Project Time

Time for something a little bit different. Most of you have been working well on your blogs, and you know how to continue working on them. From now on we will start each lesson with a quick blog post about whatever is on your mind each day, and then spend the rest of the lesson working on other things - primarily, our project.
Today we need to make decisions about our project, so we will spend some time away from the computers having a class discussion. We need to decide:
  1. What kind of project will it be? A Webpage online, or a printed magazine or book?
  2. What will it be about? A year-book style souvenir of life at Queenswood this summer? A tourist information site about all of your countries? An information book and advertisement forthe school? A collection of files on each person in the class (school work, interview, interests & hobbies)? Any other ideas?
  3. What will the content be? What sections need to be written?
  4. Who will do what? I would like us to divide into groups of 2 or 3 people (it can be different to your blog group) and we will divide the work between the groups.

The plan for today is to get the project started. I would also like a quick blog post about your weekend if you have time, but the project is more important today.
